12/12 - 14/12 ARCHIVE & DEFECT SALE : TERMS & INFO

• All sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds. Prices are as marked and no discount code is needed. The sale runs from 12 until 14 December 2025. Items will not be restocked once sold out.
• Please note : Archive / defect pieces may have light stains or minor stitching defects from the production process. Some items may have been used for photoshoots, so slight imperfections may occur. By purchasing, you acknowledge these are samples/seconds and may not be perfect, but they definitely deserve a second chance.
• Shipping begins from 10 November 2025 for all archive & defect sale orders.
• Postage is available within Malaysia only.

Refunds

• Kindly be informed that we do not offer refunds. However you may exchange it with any of our available items that holds the same price
• If stock is unavailable, you may exchange with the other items available which is similar or cheaper. For any price differences, we will pay via gift card and not cash

Exchanges

• Sales item are not applicable for exchange and refund
• Strictly only for physical defects and dirty (tough stain) 
• Exchange for purchases of the wrong size or colour will not be entertained 
• The exchange must be made within 48 hours after the item has been received with the proof of purchased
• To complete your exchange, we require a proof of purchase, must be presented in their original packaging (including the box and gifts packaged together with your item), and not used 
• If this happens, please notify us at mobasedinkl@gmail.com immediately, so that we can solve this for you :)
